Lately I've been watching tons of videos about modern forehand and etc...This is a very short video but nobody is explaining the rotation like you did here, I had to figure it out myself, Well done!

Its mostly about the stance, which depends greatly on the footwork. Notice how she hit better when the ball was thrown to her, she didnt have to move much. But when they were hitting she had to move and that screwed up her stance. Footwork is like the foundation of a house. Without good footwork, nothing else matter because you will have to compensate.
ehh, she looks very uncomfortable in the stroke. Patrick Mort suggest going with the arm first before opening the rest up. There is no stress on the shoulder muscle that way and I hit pretty similarly. Do what works best for the student
